Refund Policy
30-day refund window
If you believe NutriPilot did not deliver the paid service as promised, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after that window may not qualify.
Eligibility
Refunds are intended for first-purchase service issues, delivery failures, or material mismatches between the purchased subscription and the product delivered. Repeated refund claims, abusive usage, or fully consumed subscription periods may be excluded.
How to request one
Use the contact information in your receipt email and include the email address used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request so the support team can review it quickly.
Approved refunds
When approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
