Subscription Terms
Billing
NutriPilot subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select during checkout. Your checkout screen shows the introductory price, the renewal cadence, and the renewal amount before you confirm payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle and does not retroactively reverse already processed payments.
Delivery
Active subscribers receive meal plan deliveries through the channels they provided, including email and WhatsApp when configured. Delivery timing follows the preferences captured during onboarding and may vary if service issues or account problems occur.
